Refund policy

At Marshmallow Money, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We take care to provide high-quality books and educational resources, and we aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Physical Books and Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • a replacement product
  • a refund
  • store credit
  • or another suitable resolution.

We may request photographs of damaged or faulty items to help assess the issue.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, unopened physical books may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • the item is unused and in original condition
  • the item is returned at the customer’s expense
  • and the item is packaged safely to avoid damage in transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for downloadable resources once the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If you experience technical problems accessing your files, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping provider.
